Correct. And what other options were out there in our price range and have looked amazing? Leno from the Bears went to Washington and got their QB killed. Bears signed Peters and he is already hurt.

this is Rhule’s 2nd year.  And inherited his only legit lineman in Moton.    He bears some responsibility for the present day starting OL still just being Moton and garbage.

A lot, if not all, coaches think they can coach guys up. Sometimes they can but sometimes the player just is what he is, especially if he already has a few years under his belt.

Its the way the off-season broke.  Got what we could out of the FA pool, addressed other positions in the draft, had to trade for a QB.

There are only so many beneficial moves that can be made in one offseason.

we tried to trade back but couldnt get the value we wanted in return. Taking Horn was the right move at our pick position. One weakness vs another. We chose to go defense over offense. It's one way or the other, no wrong decision, its philisophy at that point.
