Great playbook, but sometimes he's got some bonehead play calls. The overuse of CMC concerns the fug out of me.

Good overall offense and play calling between the 20s.   

Closer we get…the harder it is for him to figure out what works with these players.   Part of that IMO is just lack of OL talent.

I think he’s calling plays for the talent he has available…..and making up for the talent he doesn’t have.

I’m sure he’d call more plays for Sam to air out the ball to Robby, but the oline is only good enough for what you’re seeing.

He will probably benefit from CmC being out. The problem with having a thoroughbred is you tend to rely on them too much and that's what his offense was doing. Now he's going to have to do more simply because he has to. The next 6 weeks should be very telling.

He’s been playing conservative. Like he doesn’t trust Darnold.

Seeing signs that is ending so I’m hopeful.

I don't disagree with anything here, however, the truly elite coordinators should be scheming around a known flaw rather that waiting for circumstances to change.  Particularly when the circumstances are personnel related.

Right now, Brady is operating at a 6.5 out of 10 level.  There are definitely some execution problems with the players, but that's also part of the coordinators job.  Get your players to execute.

He's alright. He could be better and thankfully, he's not worse.

I think with more seasoning, he can become a really good OC.

I hope we can keep him one more year. I think in 2022, if he continues to improve, he will be that really good OC.

Completely agree, but these are NFL owners we're talking about. They've hired plenty of significantly worse coaches who were further from being ready than Brady.

Brady has been solid, redzone issues and all. This franchise has had some absolutely god awful offensive coordinators, so let’s enjoy this dude while we got him.
 

If we have a revolving door at OC due to promotions that means the offense has been doing very well so I’ll take that as well.

There was talk on the Hurricanes board about Brady as a potential HC next year.

I nearly died laughing. He's not ready to run a college programme. He's even less equipped to run an NFL frnachise.
