I hope that would be the case, but I also think this staff is in way over their head and really have no idea what they're doing.  I think trying to get Sam to succeed is a point they're trying to make no matter how injured he is or how impossible it is even if he is healthy.

Maybe you're right, but I still think they'd play PJ if he was better because I think Rhule has shown him crazy loyalty. Honestly I do not think PJ is better than Darnold, just more fun to watch. I woulda been fine with him starting this game because Darnold took a huge hit and hasn't practiced. But yeah.

Please just fire Joe Brady. Give me some hope as a fan. It couldn’t possibly get worse, just show me you see it Rhule/Fitterer/Tepper

Who the fug is the OL coach?  That guy should ashamed of himself.  It's either coaching or the players.  No matter the lineup, it's complete crap!

    • Bryce Young   CARQuarterback#9 ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Panthers are expected to pick up QB Bryce Young’s fifth-year option this offseason. Young improved a lot in his third year after a rough first two seasons with the Panthers. The 24-year-old quarterback led Carolina to eight wins, a division championship and the playoffs. Young orchestrated four fourth quarter comebacks and six game-winning drives. He threw for over 20 touchdowns for the first time without increasing his interceptions and lowered his sack percentage. Young led the league in deep ball accuracy with a catchable percentage of 75 percent on passes that traveled at least 20 yards in the air. While Young still has work to do to be a top-15 fantasy quarterback, the Panthers are committed to him for at least the next two years now.
