At this point, I consider Robby a paid mouthpiece for Matt Rhule.

Anderson's gameday performance certainly doesn't justify his new contract.

In fact, if anything, Robby's contract is another example of why Rhule needs to be fired one week from Sunday.

I was a Robby defender but he has lost me on being critical of the fans and then defending Rhule.

Bye Robby.

unfit to lead men. these problems aren't fixable.

This!!!!!

And sadly I cant forsee him getting there before he's shown the door. He also strikes me as the jealous type who operates out of fear and emotions rather than intelligence. The whole "I could be in college making more but I'm staying here" quote along with the rest of the Athletic article uncovered to me. The DBO timeout garbage....Autograph violation wth??. These are not college kids sir.

Ofcourse he's not a fan of Cam. Personality is too threatening. Makes me question alot of prior releases ...i.e, Perryman, Kerr, etc.

I just cant see how you even give that man another season..esp after that article. Funny thing is, it's worse. Imagine what we don't know.

Then again alot of his former players came back so something is working..it's just not working here.

$hit, he could be fired tonight and Sundays outcome won’t be any different. There is zero reason to wait.

They came back because like the agent source said, there are a lot of Baylor and Temple players on the team that wouldn't make a roster anywhere else....so what's working is the fact that it's their only shot at being on am actual NFL team.

Im really glad the NFL expanded the season so we can drill home just how shitty matt rhule is when Kyle Trask throws for 300 yards next week.

Don't think Trask will play.  Bucs will still need to win to improve their conference record for tiebreaking reasons.  Currently have three NFC division leaders at 11-4.  Which honestly, is good for us.  I would rather see us get Brady'ed again at this point just to drive another nail in the Rhule coffin.

But is there anything more terrifying that Kyle Trask learning for two years from Bruce Arians and Tom Brady?  In our division?  Makes me sick to think about.  I don't know if Trask will be good, but the kid had tools and didn't make Darnold level goofball decisions.  He landed in the best possible spot, for sure.  (I really wanted us to draft him, before I knew Rhule couldn't develop players)

This is awesome. First time in a long time that a reporter close to the franchise has had the balls to call out this nonsense.

I dunno if the Observer would even let anyone print that. The Athletic probably loves it since they actually maybe got some new subscribers. Hard to convince people to pay even $2 a month for words nowadays. If Ellis the new observer guy eventually leaves it'd be cool if he moved over there, he's a good writer and probably knows the most about the actual game

Agree.  Worth noting that Brady has never sat out the last week of the season.  He will play most or all of the game and try to win by 200.  It's just who he is, and there's no way he's sitting IMO.

    • Watching games this year again and Bryce missed a wide open XL many times and some of them were in the endzone. I get the kid has mental lapses and hasn't broke out yet, but this is year three on a rookie deal! Cutting bait now is too early. If he hasn't gained anymore trust from his QB, posted any highlights, little production, or outright gets beat out then we can talk movement.
    • Samesies   I truly may just cash completely out of Panther football if we give him a long term deal that isnt necessary.  I have watched NFL for 50 years now and I can without a shadow of a doubt say you cannot win consistently with BY.  Way too many limitations to deal with.   I may come back around in 3 years when the inevitable happens and all parties are either cut and/or fired.  Giving him a deal before this season so you hopefully can get him cheaper in case he "blows up" or if you truly believe that he will has to be the most moronic decision a gm can make when the evidence is laid before you with different players
    • This is the one! I was at that game and all KB had to do was lay down on the corner after the pick or make an obvious tag while he was down. He had already ran a lazy route. Then if Cam would've just walked to the sideline like most elite QBs instead of trying to make the tackle.  A lot of people bring up the TJ Watt hit, but he just reaggravated a bunch of scar tissue from that play. And every Cam hater said that the running did him in and it was a dive tackle attempt on an interception that initially began the shoulder deterioration. He still went to New England later and would've got them in the playoffs had their A team not sat out the covid year. We quit on him too early. But hey how good was Teddy? Am I right?
