If I was Hamilton, I'm not sure I would want to come work for Rhule knowing he is a lame duck HC next year. And there is no QB on the Panthers that's worth scheming for. This is not an attractive opening.

He doesn't really have a history of success. Maybe he's figured it out but if not, it just expedites Rhules demise, so I guess I'm okay with it.

Houston may want to promote Pep to OC as well.  It would be a far more attractive position with Davis Mills as a young QB to work with.

I don't think he sucks enough to join Panthers. He's definitely not Temple or Baylor enough.
