I don’t think Dan Snyder is capable of much critical thinking.  The name Commanders isn’t catchy, and it doesn’t even have a good abbreviation/nickname like you said.  Commies is literally the only thing lol.  Aside from Cummanders

But yes, "Commanders" is stupid and Dan Snyder sucks.  He's a piece of poo who would have never changed his franchise's name from a slur if he wasn't facing public pressure and was afraid it would cost him revenue.  Which is actually how this free market business is supposed to work, or so I've been told my entire life.

Really though if you think this is the biggest misstep of Dan "takes a cheerleader's driver's license and won't give it back until she gets naked in front of a bunch of creepy old men" Snyder's ownership then fug you. I'll eat my ban if necessary, later.
