Pretty much this. Has to be cheap and a short term deal.

He is likely pushing towards the back end of his career.

He'd be a good pickup as a depth piece on a superbowl contending team. IE the Bills. He'd be asked to do a lot more on a team like the Panthers that suck ass in run defense and gap integrity. Probably not a good fit unfortunately.

No and I imagine there isn't much mutual interest in a deal.

Of Course, Star was underrated in his time with us. Did the dirty work and kept Luke/TD clean. Our Rush defense started to tank after he left.

I maintained throughout his entire time here that he was more important to us than KK and that if we could only keep one it should be Star. He didn’t get the credit cause he didn’t fill the stat sheet. But he made everyone around him better.

What do you mean emphasize ''If'' with Ioannidis in relation to his health?

https://www.nfl.com/players/matthew-ioannidis/stats/career

He's played in 14 or more games 4 out of his 6 years, and 10 as a rookie.

He had the injury TWO YEARS ago in 2020 where he played 3 games. In 2019, and most recently in 2021 he played 16 games each.

His health hasn't been a ''?'' during his career.

    • I mean the whole defense was trash, he was at least trying. Besides if you put a all-pro among 10 PSers, that all-world will look human. It's very hard to judge very bad units and find the best players among them. Horn and Mjack played well too, there was 0 pass rush and -1777784 run defense.
    • I was looking back and seen Evan Neal has made the switch to OG after awful years at OT.......I wanted him over Icky for his tricep alone..... I was 100% stroud too, I was super pissed about his record setting and playoff leading start......I had arich vastly over the midget BY too. But right now, BY is about the only one on the up&up. The Texans used lots of prime draft capital to help Stroud.  It's still not ready. But if you're honestly about past drafts, these GMs are not alone in making mistakes.  I still feel they should stayed put and allowed Carter to fall in their lap, but best I know Tepper had the worst rage about landing a QB for the past 5 years. The deal is with the correct coaching staff, Baker or darnold would still be here....Baker has signed 3 years for 100 million, which is a great NFL QB contract. Tepper hiring rhule and his shitty Baylor/temple staff was a massive setback given rhule was in control too. Then panic set in an d fitteerererererer had to make a winner and find a QB. Ugh.....I hope they are back...
    • Also maybe the biggest part is his fromer college buddy, Lord Lamar told the GM to sign him. It was done nearly right after and guess who was the first person Alexander met at ravens stadium??
