I used to get pissed at it all. Then I kind of quit caring. I'm still interested, but it's more I'm just detached and watching from a distance I guess. I'm just not as emotionally invested as I used be.

I would think that a marked percentage of Panthers fans actually do care, though they say they don't, but I think it's more about stoicism than not caring. I think we care, but just realize that it ain't sh¡t that we can do about it but just observe until if/when things get better. It's certainly not a good feeling, but it's not anything that's going to keep us awake at night.

I think less and less hardcore fans are caring the same way they used to. Eventually it has to be a mutually beneficial relationship and the team isn't putting out. I can't even remember the last half-hearted HJ that they gave us.

Pretty much nailed it. I did have a hard time with the Browns loss. Since then...just waiting for the coaching search.

I'm just glad so many others have picked up on his BS. He's the master of saying a lot of things but saying nothing.

For many who do this, it's a ploy to misdirect so they don't give too much away -wise.

In Rhule's case, though, it's an attempt to hide the fact that he really doesn't know what he's talking about ..but if he says a lot and keeps talking like a preacher, people are going to believe he's smart. The sad thing is people around him do.

It's called word salad and it's what he's great at.

    • How about 2 legit good games in a row? I still think his post season benching is romanticized and overstated…. I mean his turnaround was amazing.  But that had more to do with how bad he was than how good he actually became.
    • BY needs to be more consistent and continue to make big plays in big moments. Like take over a couple of series a game, particularly at the end. If he can't become that, then they should be looking for his replacement.  You can not blame a QB for losses with the worst oline/receiver/coaching combination this team has ever had - in his rookie season at that. And then a below average receiving group to go with the worst defense in NFL history his second season. I don't understand. QBs aren't one man teams. It takes a team to win games. 11 on offense, 11 on defense, 11 on special teams, an OC, a DC and a HC. Let's have more than one play of 25+ yards of YAC in a season before condemning the QB for not breaking 300 yards passing a game. Perfectly acceptable to have high expectations but let's not be completely unrealistic.
    • He’s not a safety in reality. Doesn’t do anything besides ST, but is very good at that. With how awful we’ve been there past few years just find room for him somewhere and do it
