don't remember all of it, but iirc McAdoo didn't like him much, and maybe it was because he wasn't a good fit for the offense he runs.  So good chance it was just a bad fit.  Good luck to both with their new teams.

Easy. McVay is putting Baker on rollouts and utilizing his strengths to the maximum. McAdoo tried to fit Baker into a system he isn't strong in, hence why he struggled.

Props to the Rams, as if anyone could turn around a QB, it'd be McVay.

Same thing happened in Cleveland. When they ran and did play action he was top 15, when he played in the pocket whether by play calling or the D forcing him to, he had horrible numbers
