Baker Is Ballin

Baker did not cause any problems in Carolina.  He did not complain or cry when he was benched.  Even when PJ took his place.  I wish him well.  Things did not work out here for him here.  Do I think he continues at this pace?  No.

Got no problem with Baker. Glad he landed in a place they can use him. Our system doesn't seem that flexible.

It’s a direct reflection of the Panther’s current staff not knowing how to properly use the talent we already have. That makes it very Panther related IMO.

Iirc the former Vikes OC that became the Browns coach (Stefanski) and got a playoff appearance out of Baker is from the same coach tree as McVay (Mike Shanahan, Gary Kubiak) which features the PA RO, bootlegs etc.

Those types of plays allow his (Baker's) stature to be less of an issue. Their OL isn't better than ours, the offense they run just suits him better and McVay is better than McAdoo.

With Rhule as head coach, I am not sure prime Tom Brady or Joe Montana would work here.
