Can he actually have a long tenure anywhere or does he last a few years at best?

Nobody knows how Tepper is behind the scenes towards his coaches.  Its all a guess. 

From an outsiders perspective, he gave Rhule a lot of leeway.  So I don't know why he wouldn't stay out of Harbaugh's business too.

The amount this matters is directly proportional to the amount of winning he is doing.  We will ALL drink a lot of stfu juice if he manages to keep winning.

I don't think he's coming back to the NFL but if he does he wants full control that's probably why the Vikings balked last year.

If there is immediate evidence of growth, the two will get along just fine. Winning will be a salve for any interpersonal conflicts or quirks that Tepper and Harbaugh may have.

This is a time for serious reflection.  David Tepper's Carolina Panthers are at a fork in the road. 

Will David Tepper finally prioritize actual accomplishments over acclaim?  Experience above ego?  Knowledge rather than know-it-alls and value NFL wins more than whimsy? 

Will David Tepper finally humble himself or continue to humiliate himself?
