For the past 4 or so years I have not advocated we trade up to get a QB.

It's time. 

I'd rather we swing for the fences than stay stuck in QB Purgatory. I trust the Staff more with a rookie QB than any other staff we have put together.

This trade proposal crosses that line at high speed and keeps right on rolling

No way. Young and/or Stroud could end up being busts. One thing is for sure, we would suck for all years of their rookie contract with no first round pick until 2026.  This type of move only makes sense when you have an Andrew Luck or Trevor Lawrence type qb coming out.
