lol that's pretty friggin funny.

It’s hysterical. 2 QBs who’ve been in the league now for at least two years and they are 1 for 2 hitting targets running straight down the field with no defenders and no rushers.

If you do fantasy, don’t pick Godwin or Evans.

Baker is not a great qb, but he had far and away the worst segment of his career with us.  With Cleveland and Los Angeles, he looked adequate.  With us, he looked horrible.  Worst rating, worst completion percentage, worst td to interception ratio. Matt Rhule was where qb's went to destroy what was left of their career.

With the right coaching staff, he will be a solid backup qb.

This guy is jumping from team to team and people still buying the hype.

Baker is a backup QB. He was the #1 pick who didn't live up to the hype. If he was good he wouldn't be jumping from team to team. Nobody is buying him as their franchise QB. Bucs signed him so they can tank for Caleb Williams while also using his name to keep the team sort of interesting.

Plans like this should get the all of management fired

Does he still do them?

I don't remember seeing any last year.

Nope, they are based out of Cleveland and he just had the gig because he was their QB1. Once he left, arrivederci to that endorsement. He was mad cause he wanted to do a "moving out" commercial and they were like nah, we're good. He talked about it at his introductory press conference here say they "missed an opportunity".😂

brady was the only thing keeping them alive the past couple years. there isn't anyone in the QB room even close to a geriatric brady.

serious downgrade for all players relying on good QB play there.

their defense better be shutdown because that's the only chance they've got. and yeah...don't pick buc players in fantasy.

I hold no ill will toward Baker. The guy came here, seemed like a good teammate, and did what the coaches asked. He certainly looked a lot better in LA.

It will be interesting to see how he does in Tampa Bay.

I'd say a very hard pass on Evans, but I'd actually go the other way on Godwin and overdraft him if in a PPR league, he's a beast in that format and I think he'll be Baker's safety valve all year long.

    • After last season, it was the same question. And the answer most people came to was "If he doesn't make the playoffs, he's gone." He made the playoffs. No matter how it was done, we made it to the playoffs. He's safe. He's going to have a chance to keep working this out, even if next season isn't a playoff one.  I think we'll do better next year than we did this season. There's something being built here.
    • The NBA is a very fickle league. Kon is one of the hottest rookies in years and beyond just his play on the court he is a very steady competitor and that translates to the rest of the team. That has been a glaring absence with the culture of this franchise through the bulk of the LaMelo Ball years that's just being completely blunt and realistic. The enigma of LaMelo Ball is he is entering year 6 and still either red hot or ice cold. We need him to find that sweet spot. Logic dictates the Hornets will want to see this core again next year. But the clock is beyond ticking at this point. It's put up or shut up. Especially considering what the Thunder managed to do recently. I'm hopeful they can keep these wins rolling in and get some much needed playoff experience under their belts which will help substantially.
    • I think as long as the Panthers are competitive with Canales they should keep him. Pepper needs to repair his/the teams image as a place prized free agents aren't hesitant to consider. Just dont do any crazy poo for a few years.
