Was Proehl a “JAG” here? Because Thielen will be a similar vet presence but with even more talent and production. Very valuable to have that here with a young QB and young receivers.

proehl was a JAG poster boy.

Yes that’s literally the point of my question. Who would be the one we let go

probably none, we can let them compete in camp and when cuts are made the best will remain.

Great talent but it is kind of concerning that multiple organizations now have chosen to move on with little to no compensation. I realize Houston and Arizona aren't exactly model organizations but still. Kind of reminds me of Antonio Brown; all the talent in the world but multiple teams quickly deciding its not worth the hassle.

Oh poo

Do we not have the most remaining cap space in the league  and a no obvious #1 WR??

2nd highest remaining cap space. But I doubt Hopkins wants to play with a rookie QB and new coaching staff 🤔

Not a new coach though. Just new to Charlotte.

Was this reported somewhere?

Sorry, what I meant is that I’m sure he’s made a call since he’s self admittedly “in on every deal.” But no, it’s not out there that he’s unofficially talked to us.

    • I mean the whole defense was trash, he was at least trying. Besides if you put a all-pro among 10 PSers, that all-world will look human. It's very hard to judge very bad units and find the best players among them. Horn and Mjack played well too, there was 0 pass rush and -1777784 run defense.
    • I was looking back and seen Evan Neal has made the switch to OG after awful years at OT.......I wanted him over Icky for his tricep alone..... I was 100% stroud too, I was super pissed about his record setting and playoff leading start......I had arich vastly over the midget BY too. But right now, BY is about the only one on the up&up. The Texans used lots of prime draft capital to help Stroud.  It's still not ready. But if you're honestly about past drafts, these GMs are not alone in making mistakes.  I still feel they should stayed put and allowed Carter to fall in their lap, but best I know Tepper had the worst rage about landing a QB for the past 5 years. The deal is with the correct coaching staff, Baker or darnold would still be here....Baker has signed 3 years for 100 million, which is a great NFL QB contract. Tepper hiring rhule and his shitty Baylor/temple staff was a massive setback given rhule was in control too. Then panic set in an d fitteerererererer had to make a winner and find a QB. Ugh.....I hope they are back...
    • Also maybe the biggest part is his fromer college buddy, Lord Lamar told the GM to sign him. It was done nearly right after and guess who was the first person Alexander met at ravens stadium??
