This my first time watching the Texans and I can already tell you the difference between the QBs. The Texans receivers make plays and ours don’t. They are clearly better than everyone on the our roster

Tepper over ruled them. Bryce won him over in interviews with his personality vs the obvious on the field accuracy and arm talent and prototypical size stroud had. 

Didn't tepper get rich by taking some big risks? He did the same thing hiring Rhule and drafting Bryce. But these risks didn't work out thus far.
