See the success the Raiders have had since they fired their GM/HC?

 

They playing with passion and effort. Amazing what players will do for a HC they respect.

 

Whatever Frank is preaching is not working on Sundays. We will continue to suck as long as Fitt and Frank are around.

 

Nothing else to discuss from here. If you still believe in Fitt/Frank then you are part of the problem.

They are not exactly setting the world on fire either. They had one touchdown late in the fourth quarter yesterday.

Unfortunately she isn't wrong.  Do you want Young to have to learn a whole new offense in year 2 which is hard on a rookie, keep running Reich's dated offense, or run the offense he already knows from Alabama?  O'Brien would make for an easy transition, familiarity, and he is a decent OC.  Just don't let him have roster control.  The question is would Reich let O'Brien handle the offense without stepping in at all?

      I’m guessing Canales will want to try and establish the run early. Atlanta knows that if they stop our run game, Bryce and these WRs aren’t going to win the game on their own so they’ll be keying on the run and likely have the personnel and scheme to be successful. The run game won’t work early. Atlanta will get out to a 10-0 or 10-3 lead.  Canales will then go back to the pass game with Bryce dropping back 3/4 of all plays. In that scenario we lose the turnover battle. -2 is my guess.  Past is prologue with this team.  Atlanta will get their run game going and can just as easily beat us through the air if not. Sorry, but Carolina is not competent enough to beat a good Falcons team.  We trail throughout the entire game.   Atlanta    10   7   7   3   27 Carolina   3   6   7   3   19

      Yeah, I don't think it would. Might want to review the tape on the past two preseasons with him. The game I saw there was a massive gulf between him and Kyle Allen. Hence why he got cut.
