No he’s not, it’s the whole unit.

It’s both Bryce and the Unit. The Unit isn’t good but probably still wins 7 games with Andy and Frank, the team still has the bones of last years team and defends the pass better. I think if we were winning some games and this defense was motivated they’re top 10. Bryce is just so bad that we’re a 1 win team and not a 7 win team.

I agree, it’s why I addressed it in my next post.

I have issues that people here want to paint this as 2010 when it was clearly QB play that held everything back…this is everything holding the offense back.

No one looking at  these coaches after they are gone will blame the coach for the disaster that is this franchise. They will all land good jobs elsewhere

Crazy to think if they had let young sit on the bench all year dalton could have easily had panthers in contention for nfc south and playoffs .  People would be talking about reich takin the panthers to the playoffs and the resergence of dalton possibly.. instead the coaches would do better with no qb running wildcat then to have young on the field total coach killer

      I'm more impressed with the UDFA that the guys they have drafted in the first the last 2 years. A whole lot of prove it is still needed before any improvement should be talked about seriously.

      While I don't believe its a must win, (we have been better on the road this post season) it is definitely A NEED TO WIN the longer this series goes the more pronounced the Canes advantage on rest and health will be! If we hold serve at home in games 1 and 2 guaranteeing a 6 game minimum series for them if we lose the road games..... by the game 4 and 5 I expect them to be beat they have played A LOT OF HOCKEY the last three years, they have MINIMAL rest off a more physical than one might have expected series vs the leafs.... you know Tampa took their pound of flesh in round 1 from them. Combine all that with the fact that even though this year's canes squad isn't as talented as last years this IS a better squad than the one they swept last time that had McKenzie Mckeathern on line 1 Turbo with a broken hand a banged uo and eventually concussed Slavin (and even though it was a sweep 6 OTS and 4 1 goal losses is hardly dominant)  This year Bob hasn't been superman (hes probably gonna still have a great save percentage agiast us just a side effect of our style) Thatchuk is maybe 50% (3 game winners agiast us) their defense no longer has Gudas and several other downgrades.  While the Canes have a healthy and performing Svechnikov along with other big guys to counteract florida like Carrier, Jankowski, Robinson.   I by know means think it will happen but I either see this as a low scoring dog fight or a series were the canes surprise and end up dominating.
