Agreed. Plus for that three years, they must have loads of luck and hit on SOME draft picks.....

Its a long road ahead even if they get super lucky...current least talented team and the key couple of pieces need 20+ million contracts. Planet size mess....

It’s the NFL you just have to hit on a QB. (Draft of FA) Could be 6 months could be 6 years.

The Panthers have been stuck in a rebuild state since Tepper bought the team. Everything that has been tried at QB since Tepper took over has not worked.
