Ben Jonhson and John Harbaugh are the obvious top dogs for a reason.

I honestly think GM will be the bigger issue than HC. We have to find a GM that knows how to scout talent, win trades, and knows how to negotiate contracts/not overpay.

Draft and free agency needs to be a 75 to 25 ratio to the offense. Fix the crap around Bryce and if he doesn't work out, atleast your ready for the next one.

I'd be okay with Frank Smith given who he has worked for, but I'm hesitant about any dude who hasn't called plays becoming HC.  Usually because they want to end up calling plays themselves.

Another name I like but not necessarily for our team, Jerod Mayo.  Extremely intelligent and a leader.  I'm sure some would hate him simply because he worked under Belichick, but I don't think that is fair to him.  LIS, I don't think he is the guy we need, but I would be supportive of it.
