Are we really questioning Dan Morgan’s eval of a LB

Can we question Micheal Jordan’s ability to scout basketball talent?  If so, Morgan is fair game.  Especially given he has been part of what has gone down the last several years

Remember when we passed on that OG that went to the Cheifs, that balled out even tho he had heart issues or something. Trey Smith?

At some point you gotta take some swings. Hell the rb we drafted just tore his fuging ACL last year.

We took Star Lat on a medical issue but he left shortly after McDermont!! Since then team has been the same.. no identity!! I think Tepper is hearing the noise now!! It will take time

Hm. Right position but not the player I wanted lol. I’ll reserve judgement, don’t know anything about this guy.

Every...damn...pick so far.  Need a WR? Yup, but not Legette.  Need a RB?  Sure, the value is in the 3rd and 4th rounds, so we take one in the 2nd...naturally.  Need a futre ILB to replace Shaq?  Sure, but pass up the local kid that won every major defensive award he could on defense in college this past season for juiced-up project.

That's my Panthers!!!! Sorry sh*ts.

AD and XL seem redundant to me. I preferred AD but when we drafted XL I kind of assumed AD was a no go. We would need a shifty route runner or deep threat speedster if we add another WR IMO.

I’m just playing math odds that one wouldn’t actually work out.  That’s largely why I wanted 2.   And the the fact, all the other guys not named Mingo probably aren’t here next year.

    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup. • This is why we need the Bank of America Stadium Ballroom.
    • That thread has all the huddle legends either posting in it or mentioned in it. I remember everyone of those folks and I truly miss seeing them post here. This place was so much better with them here.
