Fun fact (since that's the only fun we're gonna get) according to our zoo keeper/vet friends we happen to be hanging out at the bar with, all big cats except lions tend to get neutered like house cats (take the balls leave the sack). Lions tend to get a vasectomy because other options cause loss of aggression,  muscle mass, weight gain, & loss of mane that makes them that makes the venerable to... wait, you might be right, gelded. Just gelded.

      If you want to save your job, I offer nearly the only option you have.  RUN A "DINK AND DUNK" OFFENSE. You have the QB and players to make this somewhat difficult to defend. It would allow you to control the clock at times and make BY look the best he can given his limiting factors. Thousand and thousands of hours of tape to adapt into your "system". and I do not care if its week three, start right meow...   Bonus help- MY GAWD get a better 15 first plays for the game. This is a reflection of your work during the week and your format against that weeks defense. You are total poo at this, do better. Run a ball control passing "Dink and Dunk" you Pollyanna chode.

      It's baffling there are still people who log in here and want to blame everything on the defense. We are 10th in offensive spending and 28th in defensive spending according to Spotrac. At this point either you work for the Tepper’s or you're related to Young.
