I still think our best shot is if the Texans would really prefer to ship him out of the AFC and Watson isn't trying to force his way to NY. Without that, I have to think the Jets are in the driver's seat here. They just have better potential trade bait.

But right before the draft they had the QB ranked below:

The one you're bringing up was from week 1 of 2019 college season. 

Player rankings change as they are scouted more. Above final list before the draft seems fine compared to others.
