What I've said in private about previous jobs is completely different to what I've said in public - and I wasn't being paid $20m, nor could multiple people tear my story to shreds if they so chose.

I was joking for the most part.  Rarely does it benefit you to trash a former employee even if every word is true.   However, my point was that if I had a microphone and spoke my mind, I could vent.  The best rule is to go where you are valued and not try to convert a shithole into what you think it should be.  If I had $40m in my bank, I might be more vocal.

I mean, he definitely is sour...

but that doesn't mean he can't speak some truth.  We certainly looked like a team that went light in 2 minute and redzone reps/practice.

Nah, you can't trust a whiner like Teddy.  This isn't the first time he's tried to deflect blame elsewhere too (the DJ Moore redzone situation comes to mind).  I get people like him and think he's a good dude or whatever because he overcame injury, but man none of our QBs ever failed to take responsibility as much as he did.  He just lacks that competitive edge.

I mean hell, I seriously doubt Mike Shula was running practices better than Joe Brady, but you never heard Cam Newton say anything bad about Shula.  Teddy is a whiner, and you can't trust a word that comes out of his mouth because guys like that want you to think that they did all they could to win football games.  If Teddy had that much of a problem with practice, then why as a QB and a "leader" wouldn't he step up and say something?  Like imagine knowing something is a problem all season long, but waiting until after the season when the team has gotten rid of you to say something?

I'm telling ya'll man, don't put much stock in his words.

The sweater with Teddy bears on it about sums it all up. 60 million dollars and you need to be told to practice your craft? Enjoy Denver.

The Broncos are going nowhere with Drew Lock and his league-leading interception total; Teddy Bridgewater will serve as a competent bridge piece to whoever the Broncos look at next, but he isn’t the long-term answer.

    • Watching the Bears over hype him after historically bad QB play on that team has been fun, well that and crap coaching. It's like they learned nothing from last year even if the players are polar opposites. I don't see a Cam in him, he looks like what I feared Cam was coming out early in his draft process where Cam made me feel better as it went along and Williams made be doubt more. I still don't see how he ends up the best QB in his class.  The funniest thing is that they could walk from him next year and just waste a bonus pick while still picking in the top 5 again.
    • Not much action in this sub but the NBA draft still means something for the Hornets so starting a discussion.  I have been watching a ton of videos on these prospects lately.  This team needs a big man and overall defense. That said, Dalton Knecht fits perfectly here IMO.  He is older and doesn’t play defense but his dude is a next level scorer.  Really nice athleticism as well. Good ball handling.     I saw him in person in the NCAA tournament in a regional in Charlotte.  He did not have a good offensive game at all.  But, he did not even try on defense.  It was nuts watching him chill as players got layups on him.  So, you won’t get a defensive guy. That said, he is a ridiculous scorer with his size and athleticism.  If he is there we need him. I seriously see shades of a Luka Doncic type scorer.
