This was, by far, the best game I've seen Thompson play for us. He actually looked like a good LB.

I will agree with you all. This was his best game ever. He looked like a completely different player. Especially with him being coverage, that is what he was originally drafted for.

He’s always been legit to me. I’m a duck fan, he went to Washington, and turned down the Ducks cause he wanted a bigger city feel. Seattle vs. Eugene. So I’ve always called him big shitty. Comes from a place of love.

He needs to string those together to have any hope of collecting that huge salary next year.

Not sure if $18-20 mil a year for a LB will be a bargain. His 8m this year is looking good, but contract as a whole, I’m not sure anyone can really live up to just idiotic though not his fault. I agree he played well. Problem is he earned a lot of great money being good, but it’s in the past. Something will have to be done about his contract at the end of the year. Let’s see if he can keep it up and be worth most his money.

his jersey is lighter now. if he were wearing his old one, with 2 numbers on it, he wouldn’t have been able to jump high enough to make that pick
