He was sadly blackballed. Easily a top 64 QB talent.

Please tell how he was blackballed when he himself put his own career out of commission when he was given multiple chances to be on a team. He sealed his fate when the NFL offered to give him an opportunity to showcase what he could do but he decided to do it his way and that is what done him in.

Let's be honest and put the politics and personal convections aside and let's look at this from just a football perspective.  He's almost 35 and hasn't played football in 6 years he'd have a hard time being half the QB Darnold is.

The last time Kap was good, so was RG3.  It's gonna be tough for him to make an impact as a 35 year old running QB who struggles with reading defenses and has been out of football.

Hopefully someone will take a shot, just so we can move on.  But in reality he doesn't want a shot.  He knows where his bread is buttered now, so he will sabatoge any real opportunity he gets.

    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
