Hopefully. He has done a great job but he does not need to get the job. It isn't even about deserving it, he's probably done enough to "deserve" it but we need better.

Today sealed it for me.  I was all aboard the wilks wagon until today.  The team was not prepared for a very bad Steelers team.  Good head coaches don’t lost to bad teams with the playoffs on the line at home.  Sorry Wilks, you ain’t it

Must win, critical game and team looked as lackluster and never competed.  

Why would that make us want him back?  He's done a good job with little to work with but looked below average today when it mattered most.

The most important game of the season to this point and the team looks unprepared, unmotivated, and flat out terrible. Sorry, it's over. Great feel good story but proof is in the results and the results are this team is still ass.

I'd give him a solid B, honestly. He is in an almost impossible situation.  Contrary to what some people say, our roster has LOTS of holes, including the most important on the field.  Darnold or PJ could be serviceable if we had dominance in other areas.

I'd like to see Wilkes be under consideration as a possibility for head coach but I'm certainly not sold that the job should be his.

Yeah pretty much. Steve really is just Ron 2.0.

Even if we stumble into the playoffs we need to be like the Titans and oust him. Imagine if the Titans missed out on Vrabel for Mike Mularkey.

I’ve seen enough Fox and Rivera style football.  Wilkes is cut from the same cloth.  Can we ever have a team with a little juice again?  Boring football is boring.

Two bad teams faced each other. But one has a much better head coach.
