Nice! That’s the spirit

(no one claimed that)

They almost certainly have. It was repeated on the broadcast probably 6 times. It's been said here since last year. Ickey was good when we were running well and were able to mix up the run and pass. When obvious passing downs come, he's toast. That should improve as he ages but for now, it's just not good, at all.

As I'd said before, it's to be expected that he'd struggle and there is nothing wrong with that going into Year 2. However, he wasn't just beat against the Jets, he was run around with ease on a speed rush that left Bryce plastered. It should've been Roughing the Passer twice, by the rulebook, but they didn't call it for some reason, but it doesn't matter because the end result is the same.

Love the overreactions! Keep up the good work!

The mere mention of The Process causes people to turn into werewolves and bay at the moon, the earth to spin backwards, children to get possessed looks and continually cry "redrum, redrum," and politicians to tell the truth.

You had me up till that last phrase 😕

The Saints and Falcons are better then last season.....don't know about Carolina. We may be the 3rd best team in the division.

Carr looked surgical against KC.  The entire offense was operating at a very high level for a preseason opener.

Gross over-reaction but...

Wow, they looked bad enough out there to make Rhule chuckle to himself.

We've got to do better than that on Friday. I know it's just the pre-season but if you can't get your guys who are fighting for their jobs and dreams to at least score 3 points... at home... Whew.

our social media team is cringe and our franchise should be focusing on winning a repairing their competitive image before making more poorly timed content, fluff pieces, and cringy attempts at hyping up players with a new aged approach.

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
