When Maye had no WRs and couldn't make plays, it was the coaches' fault. When it's Young, he's not good.

That's called a bias.

To be great in the NFL, a QB has to have elite accuracy. For instance, Brees is small but had elite accuracy. Maye has elite accuracy. Young never has. Most who paid attention before the draft, knew this already.

Depends on how close the team thinks they are. If this is a 4 year rebuild, Burns timelines and the teams are out of synch. He's a great player on a rebuilding team.
