I've said repeatedly, we either should've taken Stroud or Richardson, which would've taken less capital to move up for if we were determined to get a QB this draft, or just sign a guy like Carr or Brissett and then play the year out and trade up next draft for Williams, Maye, Sanders, etc.

But nope. Just mortgaged and nuked the present and the future all at once.

Lol...you stay at 9 ..take bpa build from there with all your picks this yr and next year.

My take hasnt changed.

There isn’t one positive. Cams rookie year we started out losing but they were fun losses. We got highlight reel plays every week and knew the future was bright.

there isn’t one bright spot on this team. We’re bad on both sides of the ball. Cardinals are looking way better with a much worse roster

You should go dig some of those threads up and I promise you they will look A LOT like this one. Football fans cannot look forward. They are so emotionally invested in what the current results are they whine and complain even if the future is bright. Doesn't matter.

This owner took the mantle of suckness from Dan Snyder on his way out. Richardson teams made the playoffs and made impressive runs under his ownership.  The biggest move this clown has made is having transvestite cheerleaders. Tepper feel free to take this miserable product to another city or better yet another Country. You've been a crap owner with crap for brains and crap results.

    • would love it if Vegas were Week 5 (Oct 7).  Just throwing it out there with fingers crossed
    • I believe you are correct. Everyone remembers that record setting drubbing of the Broncos but that was the highlight of their season. They have very good coaching overall and they have a ton of talent. With a better QB they could have knocked off the Chiefs IMO. We aren't even in the conversation of the Dolphins until proven otherwise. We couldn't even get in the end zone against the lowly Chicago Bears. We got shutout and blown out by the CJ Beathard led Jaguars for fugs sake. We can't even compete with bad teams let alone run up the score on them. To me if I'm being completely realistic if I'm the GM and my job is on the line and I feel like Tua is Bryce Young's ceiling I'm drafting QB in the first round next year unless he just magically has a season like Stroud did last year. That's it. I'm genuinely not trying to be abrasive about this it just gets really mind numbing eventually that we keep lowering the bar down down down down down and it's like hey it's fine to have expectations. And if you have a young QB in his prime and he isn't giving you at least prime Jake Delhomme arm talent it's time to keep looking for a QB.
    • Not exactly.  They show that Jones was making the most of the opportunities he had.  I was never a fan of his, but I think that the talent level in NE last year is somehow escaping the massive negative attention it should have received.  That team was terrible - especially the talent and coaching on offense - and everyone was still afraid of the wrath of hoodie. He'll have a chance to restart his career at some point.  He was a middle of the pack QB as a rookie.  Plenty of teams out there would love to make it up to middle of the pack at QB.
