Tua just made a nice completion on a QB bootleg/rollout. Why dont we have a play like that in the playbook for Bryce. It would probably give him a better chance of completing something downfield.

Arm strength is subjective.  Do I think he can throw 40 yards in the air?  Yes.

Do I think he can throw it 40 yards in the air, with the proper trajectory, velocity, and touch to complete a pass against NFL opposing defenses?  Probably not.  

So that would be a no.

Like i said, show me an "over the top" throw he's been anywhere close on through 6 weeks of NFL football.  It doesn't exist.  For a #1 overall pick to not have one of those throws to this point is not promising.

Yes, anything beyond 20 yards he has to put air under and his throwing motion so shotput-like.  No frozen rope type throws much beyond 15 yards.
