I don't know that switching play callers on the same scheme with the same language and plays is that big of a deal. If everyone is fired and it's a whole new offense though, that would become a problem.

Well yes, because what's happening currently is terrible. I don't see how someone would want the status quo to continue.

It's also accompanied by the understanding that Tepper is the root issue; the rest is generally just symptoms. Ideally at some point Tepper realizes he sucks at this football thing and changes his approach as well so that the on-field things can improve.
