I wasn't supporting the idea. Just recognizing the appeal to Olsen.

This is why I can see it working. Greg is I think the most competitive player I've ever seen on the team. Maybe Smitty. But Greg DEMANDED the ball when the game was on the line. He is a guy who hates to lose more than he wants to win. I love the culture he would create in Carolina.

No chance. Greg can come come her and be the WR coach, or some other lower position, but not HC right out of the gate. He needs to work his way up into that position. If he can come here and do what Ricky Proehl did for us, then he can work his way up. Greg can start out as an offensive consultant or something to that effect.

Well I mean this current staff worked their way up and they suck so why not see what happens?

the kid in me loves this idea, but we tried the ex-player reunion thing with an all star big name staff.

I want young, hungry disciples of proven coaching trees that are innovative and motivated to turn themselves into big names.
