This team has a chance to be good next year with another solid draft by Morgan and at least a half decent vet at QB

No. This is literally a playoff caliber team with a mediocre QB. 

You don't get a team with Defense, Special Teams, and a running game like this very often. 

We're going to squander a very good team because we insist on starting a munchkin at QB.
