I highly doubt he makes it to 8. I’d take him over Wilson tho in a heart beat.

Yeah  i doubt it too, but i can def see it more now than i could two months ago . It’s trending upwards everyday and with No combine it could get even worse . I’m holding out hope . Yeah fields toughness alone is made for the nfl . And I’m scared of Lance n Wilson just haven’t seen enough to have a valid opinion  and they play nobodies .

I'd like to draft higher too, but Washington was so bad that day we would have had to overtly and intentionally thrown the game. What do you people want?  "Hey Mike, 4 fumbles today."  "Defense, we're not trying today. No open field tackles."

Move on.

I think Lance needs to sit for a year, but to me he has probably the highest ceiling of what he could be. They do run a pro offense at his school tho which helps.

While I agree, it's really pointless to get annoyed by this right now. It is what it is. We all know this team loves meaningless wins. They did it every time with Rivera, Ironically they did it TO Rivera this time around.

They got a decision to make now, roll with Asswater one more year, or trade for a QB or Draft one. That simple.

That might not have been enough to lose that game.  Refusing to make open field tackles would have probably resulted in their receivers/ball carriers running to the end zone.....the wrong way.

The Foreskins would have lost to the '76 Bucs that day.

That game brought back a lot of bad memories.

It would have been really hard to lose that game the way WFT played. It was signing Teddy that really screwed us this year, he won just enough.

It was the perfect year to have a down year( we still did anyway) but we had to "try to compete". I thought we were rebuilding...more like doing demo. Oh well

    • Look, I've been pounding on the Canales shouldn't be calling the offensive plays thing since last year. He's first off, not very versatile and makes Ron Rivera look like a master of mid-game adjustments. Also, because I think you really, really need to be calling the offensive plays from the booth with a better view of the whole field.  A coach on the field cannot grasp how the opposing sideline WR is doing in coverage while also checking the two receivers on his side, plus keep up with how the line is doing and if the RB is in the groove. Heck, for the line alone he doesn't have the best view of where the RB is going to see success and how to best exploit it. Hence Rico saying, Yo coach, keep running this.  Still, all these things in there, no matter how hard I'm banging on that drum, I can't let it drown out my joy in getting one of those rare Ws. Even coaches can learn and grow from them. I sure hope he will.
    • I fully understand the questioning of Dave and BY, just the timing of your concerns is my problem. NFL is ultra hard to pull off the perfect game. In all my years Ive never seen a HC have the perfect game plan and have great play call after great play call.  Tmac has helped in every game, honestly more than I thought he was going to show. It does look like he was in fact the reason to trade AT and allow Tamc to feast on his targets. I have re-watched the wins, I have seen Tmac get red zone looks. Brother, he's about the 80-90% of passing attack. Dave is young inexperienced HC and he's learning on the job, hope he improves along with BYs confidence.    Its going to be alllllll right, trust me as your co-pilot.
    • You cannot hate his character, but he is holding the team back. There is so much we can't do because of his limitations. It just is what it is
