after today's developments, I was feeling this was inevitable.  Glad we didn't make the trade before this broke, it would have been devastating to give up that much and have the implosion happening now.

The fact that all of the major sports sites have pushed Watson to the bottom of the web pages is telling after three months of non stop headlines... regardless of outcome this has nuked any trade.

I believe in the case of the Houston Chronicle, they've moved Watson discussion from their sports page to their front page.

That's usually not a good sign.
