Where would you rank this home game in terms of anticipation

 

1) Carolina v Arizona nfc Championship Game

2) Carolina v Washington The king is back

 3) Carolina v Arizona NFC divisional (The night delhomme died)

4) Carolina v Dallas 1996 (Switzers infamous NC Panthers)

5) Carolina v Dallas 2003 (Cardiac Cats)

I'm not sure in "team history" because it's all still a bunch of unknown.

Am I excited?  Yes!  I can't wait to see Cam run out of the tunnel, the "juice" in the city and stadium, it's all going to be there!

BUT!  The team still has to execute.  What happens the moment a ball is tipped and picked?  Or Cam throws a bad pass?  Or he get's smothered half a second after the snap of a ball?

Many of us are living high on excitement (myself included!), but the reality is a football game must be played.  I have NO idea what will realistically happen.

I have hopes, and that's enough to get through this weekend!

Not sure why some folks are trying to down play this game. This will be Cam’s first home game since returning to the team for his second stint. Of course it’s going to be big.

Nobody is downplaying it, but the most anticipated?  It definitely doesn't beat out a home playoff game lol

As far as the regular season, it is up there but hard to say it is the most anticipated.  2013 vs Saints in Week 16 and 2008 in Week 14 vs Tampa Bay come to mind.

I would say it is for the Cam Nuthuggers. Other than that we have already beat Rivera last year. I mean it's not like him and Cam hated each other. Quite the opposite tbh. Just another game imo that we should win.
