see, panthers were willing to give him a new contract but not guarantee the 3rd and 4th year... the browns did so... hence he's a Brown. If the Panthers would have agreed to this last night, he would be a Panther right now. 100%

 

Falcons and Saints had already said no to this btw.

      Care to elaborate why you disagree? We kicked the ball off 3 times and we kept the Browns to starting field position of the 22, 27, and 10 (would have been 21 before a penalty). All 3 of those are successes with the modern kickoff rule.

      Its August so obviously quality options are not there. The question is whether any improvement can be made to the bottom of the depth chart.

What I'm saying is it's stupid to argue when team is the worst when there is so much parity and the system allows quick turnarounds.
