Good God our fanbase is dumb. Willis apparently sucks cause he couldn’t lead Liberty to a win over Ole Miss with exactly 0 NFL prospects on his roster.

Willis is being judged completely different than the likes of Lance of Allen because he went to Liberty… put your bias and hate aside of the school and actually watch the kid.

The traits are there and an NFL coaching staff can coach him up. If Hugh Freeze can do it then just about anyone might be able to.

Spouting off that you were right about a prospect who hasn’t played a single snap in the NFL makes you look a fugging fool.

I like his highlight vid. Fun to start there.

The full games clip vids? There’s a lot of trouble with those.

It's driven by what fans are saying.  It's all fan regurgitated hype.

If you read the anonymous quotes from scouts/FO people and listened to guys that actually played QB in the NFL, they were all down on this class. I think the amount of first round grades were limited.

It's not the fanbase that's dropping him in the draft.

Yeah they were also saying that the reason there’s a big run on these wide receivers is because the cost of a free agent wide receiver is going up and it’s a better idea just to go ahead and draft one y to get them cheap for five years.

Unlike running backs, receivers aren't a dime a dozen.  These teams are taking up a bad strategy if they think all these receivers are the same as number one talent at the position.

It's possible, but becomes more and more unlikely the farther he falls, statistically speaking. Anything is possible and it will be interesting to see where these QB's are in a year or three.

If Willis was their guy a trade would've been made, I think their choice has always been Howell..

Probably waiting on a run for QBs, Willis, Ridder, Corral...then we'll make a move, one can only hope.

When you don't have a second or 3rd I think your hands are tied. They don't want to end up in the same whole next year morgaging future assets so here we are I think.

That doesn't mean anything. We just proved that with Josh allen. What important is traits. What can a guy do well does it translate and so on. Our own jersey chinn is from no where and still plays at a high level.

Josh Allen was a huge, prototypical QB with a big arm and good touch that struggled with accuracy but threw receivers open, had a quick release, and kept eyes downfield as he was scrambling in the pocket. Malik is a short QB with poor touch that doesn't throw people open and tends to just take off when there is pressure. There is a huge difference between the two

I mean he’s not being drafted to play right now. In the third round there’s a tonnnn of value though. It’s cliche but the scouting reports between Allen and Willis look identical other than Allen being more physically gifted.
