He's exactly right.

 

I'm still blown away that he ended up in Carolina with everything going on.

It no doubt was a steal.  Especially for the compensation.  I've always thought he was a gamer, with potential to be a damn good starting QB.  Early returns are exciting.

Overall not bad from Baker. He was overexcited and there was a miscommunication.
