Retained MoRon, who was and continues to be a failure.

 Retained Hurn Dog who was a PROVEN failure.

Hired a failure in Matt Rhule.  Then retained HIM as he failed year after year after year.

Its arguable if Tepper is the worst owner in football. Snyder and Haslam *might* be worse.

What isn’t arguable is that, as of today, Tepper might own the worst *organization* in professional football.

Keeping Ron for a year would have been fine in my opinion. But Hurney should have been dropped the day after Tepper became owner. Ala Hurricanes revamp. Then move Ron(and the rest of the FoH) if the season was remotely close to bad. Build from there after you get a feel. Hurney killed us.

I honestly love it when Carolina, Tampa, or Florida win the SC.

      It has been hard.  We have a patchwork OL and a crappy QB to deal with. Wishy washy play calling.  Finding a bright side or silver lining is a challenge. I try but it is weak sometimes.

      Tepper's MO 1.Strong independent Cam or less talented yes man Bridgewater ( who was let go when questioning Rhule) 2. Strong independent Steve Wilkes or White guy yes man Riech ( who was let go after questioning front office) 3. Strong independent Bryan Burns ( gone) 4. Between CJ and Bryce you knew who was more independent and who was a meek less talented yes man child. Tepper doesn't like Strong independent people,  maybe he's low key the " r" word who knows? Look at his track record.  The Panthers will never have an Apha  dog here as long as Tepper is here.  Face the facts and past decisions.
