Yeah well we had a pick in the corresponding draft. We’re not moving anywhere near the spot to take him unless we sell even more of the future.

Or we lose a lot of games, especially if it's because we need a real receiving threat...

Or Harrison has a major injury and falls down the charts...

Or we trade for a future first rounder with a team that ends up sucking...

Or...well 🤔

No, I wouldn't expect it or predict it, but never say never because in the NFL, anything can happen.

For anyone thinking we have a chance for Marvin Harrison Jr is delusional. We already traded next years first rounder.

He wouldn’t have been there at pick #32 anyway.

This really cements that they haven’t finalized any decisions and nor should they. They have the luxury of taking all the time and resources needed to make sure they get a good return on the heavy investment they made to get this pick.

I’m sure everyone has their favorite at the moment but hopefully all are going into this with an open mind and can reach a consensus before draft day.

We're going to force feed Shi Smith into a 2k/25 TD year then trade him for the #3 pick.

Not long ago, we didn't have the #1 pick either.

Stuff happens.

I could see it Texans love Young do that deal that was reported of their 24 first to flip picks with us. We draft Stroud and with the Texans selection in 24 we take MHJ. Easy peasy lemon squeezey

    • Varying degrees all around but it starts at the top. That is where the buck stops. It has been 8 years of stupid, long before Morgan came back. Or Tillis was hired. Made it to the top of stupid mountain in 2023. Stayed in stupid limbo for a while, now we are prepping to scale the next mountain. In this case, I like those guys’ roster building better than what we have had so I am okay with them as our current pawns in the game of Bryce.
    • Don't let me gas him up too much, but I hear this and that...... I seen a wide body man with a quick burst, that's able to shed blocks and if extends his long arms its over. He tore up the OL in the senior, you seen about 10 plays and the dog walking OLman. There's other plays of him doing the same, just have to deal with fetus talking over the plays. Plus there's this-  https://x.com/PFF_College/status/2018385471068332410?lang=en     I hope he's ready, cause Id like to see him starting and doing his thang with dbrown, nic, and Phillips.
    • I mean there is relevance to that. But I think much of it has to do with the fact that he is clearly likeable. But does that translate to a coach taking his position to the next level like those that have had staying power for many years like Spoelstra? And not for nothing but does how much someone is liked even matter? Across leagues with the Panthers Ron Rivera and Marty Hurney were universally well liked by players. Dave Canales is very well liked. I say you are what your record says. And the record says you got your ass handed to you by a fellow expansion team in the Magic in a game that was over at halftime and that same team went toe to toe with our nemesis who has been handing us L's for over a year now. And if Bam doesn't get his leg swept by LaMelo do we even get past the Heat? Again. It just all boils down to personal standards. I think newer and younger fans will love this. I just want to actually win a real playoff game fam 🤷‍♂️
