Christian McCaffrey calls trade to 49ers “the best thing that ever happened to me”

I am happy for CMC.  He was my favorite player and was too good for the shitshow this team had become. I wish him nothing but the best.  I hope he gets a ring with the 49ers, as long as it is not at the expense of the Panthers.  If Young is the player that the coaches and Fitt think he is...this will be the best trade in Panther history.  Still, I will always be a little sad that he is not a Panther.

Wow you guys really think it’s for all this stuff it isn’t? What this is about is pretty clear. A competent staff, FO and organization culture. Pretty clear. Winning franchise from a losing one.

The panthers don’t have that yet and no need to pretend they do. CMC left a poo franchise for a good one.

Until otherwise that’s how it is. The work is there for Tepper an co. Hopefully this doesn’t become a place where players want out of if they want to win. Time will tell.

He was traded away, to a team that absolutely needs a guy like that. He was a perfect fit, and our Franchise had been a joke since before Cam was broke.

CMC was one of the bright spots for the Panthers, I hated to see him go. He didn’t want to be traded, makes sense he’s happier with a team that wanted him. I pull for him every game he plays.

It’s the truth, he speaks no lies.  Now if he was here a few years earlier, with Cam, TD, Olsen, Stew, and Luke. The narrative would be different. I’m happy for him.  Wish I could move back to the bay.
