Absolutely. But he's getting quite a significant haul of contract money being an 8th overall pick. I feel worse for our drafting results the last few years. He was supposedly one of our few diamonds. For all the talk of Hurney's drafts Fitterer’s don't look much better. And a Hurney pick is holding down our defense right now in Brian Burns.

Horn is soft. It seems like every kid we draft from South Carolina recently just gets plagued with injuries. We can’t rely on Horn to be healthy and we are in the timeframe of needing to extend him or pick up the option. How can we?

The kid dedicated his entire life to play this game... and at this rate he wont be in the league by the time of the end of that contract.... that really sucks

At this point, I can only think the Saints sent Horn to the Panthers as a Manchrian candidate.
