Which is crazy considering we have a Sean Mcvay disciple and Jim Caldwell on staff.  No reason to not have a creative playbook.  Only thing I can think of is Frank really is that bad at calling plays

I keep thinking back to Bryce describing how he relies on anticipation when he can't see behind the line. Ugh...I don't know. 

Yeah, he is holding on to the ball forever. It's a problem in situations like that fumble.

But, the fact we aren't getting guys opening in the first 3 seconds is as big of a problem.
