Waited until 0 to snap the ball again!!!!

It's a problem and people keep harping on Frank about play calling, but how many times has Young changed the play?  At this rate he's basically telling Frank that as a rookie, 'I'm smarter than you.'  Except in terms of football knowledge, he's not.

He has to take the blame, but it was a combination of things.

This offense is a combination of things but people have got to stop acting like this kid wasn't hyped to be a smaller Drew Brees. This is going as bad as it possibly could.

Maybe Bryce isn’t smart.  It’s been stated that he took that QB test like 100 times to prepare.  He was groomed for this his entire life.  Maybe he was just super prepared.  Heck I’ve only heard him use like 7 different words total in all his press conferences

I have no doubt he's smart.  But being able to take tests and physically apply what you know on the field against equal or better athletes are two very different things.

Bullsh*t. The Cardinals literally lit up the best defense in football last week with Doubs as QB. It's not the players, it's the retread coach that the NFL has past by.

It’s the coaches job to put the players and teams in position to succeed. Playcalling matters. Scheme matters.

you can’t keep blaming the poor offensive performance on the 5th round draft pick LG.

    • Aggressive runner, hits the hole fast, and runs angry.  Just a few yards shy of the single game record for the team.  Absolutely phenomenal performance.  If the gameplan hadn't become weirdly pass heavy for the 3rd and first half of the 4th quarters he might have been flirting with 300.
    • I felt that way before the season started, but I'm sorry, he's already proven he isn't that guy, I don't need to learn anything more about him. He threw the ball 30 times today and could only throw for 198 yards, which was his 2nd best yardage game this year, he's just not the guy. Which means this season has already moved onto the 2nd most important thing going into this season after evaluating Bryce, and that's developing our best young players. You don't do that by only throwing 8 of your 30 passes to your best player who is still only a rookie.  Pepper him with targets and help develop him so he's ready to take a huge leap next year when we get a real HC and QB to get him the ball.
    • Every win comes from a non-sustainable source.  As CRA mentioned, Penix absolutely imploding against ATL, and then today, defense finally clicked and looked the best they’ve looked in a long time (and still have up 24 points lol) and Rico ran for 200+ yards.  We’re not going to get that every week, especially against good teams, which neither Miami or ATL are.  Both MIA and ATL are bad teams and Bryce still couldn’t get it together.  The defense (and team) had to overcome 14 points because of his turnovers again.  That was not even an average QB performance.  We are winning in spite of him.
