It's a problem and people keep harping on Frank about play calling, but how many times has Young changed the play?  At this rate he's basically telling Frank that as a rookie, 'I'm smarter than you.'  Except in terms of football knowledge, he's not.

I have no doubt he's smart.  But being able to take tests and physically apply what you know on the field against equal or better athletes are two very different things.

It’s the coaches job to put the players and teams in position to succeed. Playcalling matters. Scheme matters.

I am done with Bryce. Not what we thought he was. No real flashes. Should have picked Stroud. Fire Fitterrer. Put Frank on the hot seat. No first round pick next year. Ouch.
