Fitterer is really just tepper's mouth piece. Why would he give that up? Until tepper gets hands off or sells the team, there really is no point watching. I haven't watched a single play from the last two games.

Normally, only about 25% of draft picks stick around for more than 2 or 3 years.  But I don't think our numbers are anywhere near that good.  To early to judge this year, but the previous two years aren't going very well.  

And the front office moves/trades have been terrible, with one or two exceptions.

Relax. I've heard from reliable sources that Fitterer is going to be fired at the end of the season.

Dont you all remember why Tepper hired Fitt? 

It's because Fitt is a "yes man." He was willing to let Rhule and Tepper make all of the decisions. A glorified assistant that they call GM. 

It doesn't matter what happens with Fitt because Tepper will continue to meddle.

The problem is that when he isn't being a yes man, he is evaluating talent and making decisions about our personnel. His biggest danger isn't being a yes man, it's how fuging lightspeed terrible he is at personnel evaluation.
