All three of these picks are straight out of the Fitterer playbook. 

We need players who can get on the field and play. Not raw athletes with physical tools that haven't put it together yet.

If you took a poll on this website every time we were on the clock the last 5 years, I guarantee the poll winner would have outperformed the actual picks we've made. The drafts have been that bad.
