Wide receivers are a position that sometimes take some time to adjust to the NFL level.  Unfortunately not every rookie is an instant contributor.

Well he’s an LSU Guy so Brady wanted him. Why does Rhule get to grab all his temple and Baylor players. Glad we passed on so many tackles in that round to grab

Well this is infortunate. I know Erickson and Zylstra seem like good depth but it would be nice to see some opportunities for these younger guys to flash. And get a spot back by giving Smith PR duties.  And keeping Marshall active. 
 

They better not be giving up on him this early bc they took him over Sam Cosmi dammit.

Lol right?  It takes time for WRs to develop unless they are Chase-level talents.  Davante Adams in Year 1 and 2 ain't anywhere close to Davante Adams of today.

But yeah, let's blame the coaching staff because our rookie WR isn't fully developed yet.

Great example why BPA is fantasy BS that relies on a value scale made up by people in charge.

I'm getting closer and closer to wanting it all to burn down. What a pack of failures, all of the staff as far as I can tell.

It’s largely possible that we just wanted to field a smaller, quicker, and shiftier receiver in our game plan today. 
 

we know that Erickson is a lock due punt returns and zylstra has been in the system for two years. 
 

to get shi on the field means that TMJ was the only option. This is more a testament to getting Shi ON the field rather than TMJ off the field.

This is true, but you would also think he would be showing some improvement over the season instead of being benched.
