Realistically, if this happened, would Joe Brady just get canned?  Phil Snow would most certainly follow Rhule wherever he goes.  What happens to the rest of the staff?  Does Chase Blackburn become interim head coach?

When a head coach is fired, the team generally lets the assistants go too unless there's someone they prefer to keep (like happened with Jake Peetz when Rhule was hired).

I imagine the guys who've followed Rhule over his last three jobs would follow him to his next one as well.

I think Fits might be looking at the situation and checking out the candidates .  If Rhule leaves his contract is void .  We would need a replacement before the draft and also looking at who to let walk and who to extend .  Maybe Cam would offer a friendly deal and then we would have two QBs under contract next year .  Fits needs to build the 0-line and that will improve our team . The D can stand pat ,but try to keep Gilmore and  let Jackson walk .

I assume they would, particularly the bigger names like Snow. They likely wouldn't be retained in Carolina and I'm not sure anything has been put on film that would compel folks to add them to their NFL staffs at any level comparable to where they'd be with Rhule in college.
