Can we talk about Fitterer and the off-season so far

Besides losing out in the Watson sweepstakes Fitterer and Morgan have worked some freaking magic. With the additions on the o-line, finally getting a legit short yardage rb, four time pro bowl punter they have done some work.

And no I refuse to give Rhule any credit for this.

More of them than not seem good but there aren't any trophies for winning offseasons. If we stink next season and most of these guys are gone(remember it is a lot of shorter term deals), then was it really a great offseason?

Judging offseasons is really a hindsight task.

These are great moves very pleased with this offseason 

we managed to be in the running for a franchise qb, lose out, and it not cost us prime free agents 

Just for the love of god, don’t reach on a qb and get the stud Lt if he’s there and please don’t trade for another busted qb unless it’s Minshew for a day 3 pick or something

There was speculation in one of the ESPN articles a few weeks ago that there had been a shift in the power structure. Maybe it was correct.

When you start to look up and down the roster there’s not a whole lot left to address.

Obviously the QB and LT/LG (Christensen will occupy one of those positions) positions are up in there. Additionally, with the rumor that Chinn is moving back to LB that opens up a hole at safety but we are rumored to be addressing that position. That really leaves us with CB and DE.

In a perfect world Gilmore also comes back and we spend our first rounder on a LT and our fourth rounder on a rotational DE.

At that point the only hole is QB.

So anything that goes wrong is Rhules fault, anything good that happens is anybody but Rhules fault?
